in response to mamashe/sheshe...Well, first off, I am not a Jew, although I have a great love for Yahweh's chosen people. I am a Messianic Christian and you are right about the blessing.
Shalom friend :)
Dearest Schmidty
Ty for all your great information. Because of you, I found a Vets org. that will help me fix my car so I can get back to work and now I discovered a way to get help with my dental. Thank for the Hand Up!
May you always have Yahweh's Shalom in your Home!
in response to buschmaster...I am a Christian, have been since 1983. I have served Yeshua ever since. Now if your gonna tell me I don't have enough faith, please don't respond as you have no way of knowing that til you have walked in my shoes.

I am at a loss right now, so here goes...
in August 2008, I lost my job and went on unemployment. One month later, my wife was seriously hurt in a car accident. She was crushed between a large van and a wall. She almost died, but the docs were able to save her. She spent 8 weeks in a hospital and another 8 weeks in a P.T. hosp. and 12 out-patient learning to walk again. She can walk but not very far w/o some kind of assistance. As the time has passed, I see her mobility skills are failing her. I suspect that she will be in some kind of motorized chair within a year. The other driver in this accident was uninsured and all there was to cover the bills was workers comp as she was working when this happened. Thank God for that as total bills were over 1/4 million.
We also started taking care of our two grandchildren during this time as my daughter got involved with drugs and CPS almost took them away from our family forever. We are working towards adoption but CPS makes adoption within a family impossible. We are running all over town to jump through their hoops so we can adopt them. During all this, our old Chevy Trailblazer died.
We rent a 350.00 a month mobile, pay our untilities through part time work I get now and then. We get food stamps. This computer belongs to our daughter and she pays the 31.00 a month for internet access and phone so we can have communication.
But w/o a car, we are stranded. We live 35 miles from the closest bus stop, (it's where the cheapest housing is). We have to travel into town three days a week. Twice a week to visit our grandkids. Some of the traveling is for doc appointments for me and wife.
What I am asking for is a good economical used car that someone is not using. Or perhaps 3000.00 to fix ours again. My unemployment run out last year as did my wife's worker's comp. The work comp now gives her 87.65 every month. She has applied for SSI disability but we have been told it may take another 6 months before we hear anything.
I am not very good at asking strangers for help, but if I don't, we lose our grand kids for ever.
Please, if you can... help us
Thank you.
You know I'm an awesome seamstress it's one thing I am great at...I only need to figure out financing and a committed group to make it work. The great thing is it could be done
